It is not possible to view user reviews about the doctor. For some people, comments can be decisive in choosing a doctor. Repeating the same information as under the doctor's photo.

Inability to write or read reviews about a doctor

Provide the ability to leave reviews for people who have visited a particular doctor and read comments from other users.

1. External indents are the same as internal ones (or even smaller). 
2. Unnecessary divider. 
3. Information on the cards is not aligned. 
4. Elements (pager and cards) are not aligned to the grid. 
5. The Share button is not aligned with the grid.

1. Increase the outer distance. 
2. Remove the divider. 
3. Align text elements on cards and truncate text that does not fit into a specific text block. 
4. Align to a specific grid. 
5. Make the share button left-aligned.

Insufficient contrast of the tab for a service that can be used by people with disabilities.

The site is overloaded with colors, because of this it has poor readability. The menu is unstructured. the main page is overloaded with information and the site hierarchy is completely broken

The main color in which everything is done is selected. The menu is grouped into several categories. Targeted actions that interest the user the most are highlighted. Search is added so that the user can quickly find information that interests him.

UX/UI research of Official portal of Kyiv.

Regarding the website there are compositional issues in terms of user interface solutions. After all, a separate portal has been created for direct interaction with the user in the client-service format. The site itself is not adapted to the sizes of different devices, only the "breadcrumbs" menu has been fixed, which narrows the user's choice to go to another page when scrolling through the content. The same applies to mobile adaptation.  

Incorrect UI/UX decisions of the official Kyiv portal.

The solutions come out from the problems. Need to check the sizes of the adaptive, correct the main header, align the content to the grid in the header of the mobile adaptive, check the button and icon click zones (44-48px). Additional notes to improve the use of the site are indicated in the screenshots.

Move the most common functions and services to the main page and structure them to take up less memory. Some icons are stylized in the same way.

1-Corners' sharpness is not the same: 

To continue to seamlessly read the page, in an ideal world, all of the corners should have the same amount of roundness to make it more readable, and fluent.

To solve this problem we can control all of the buttons' corners to make sure that they all have the same sharpness or roundness level to make it everything even.
